General provisions

§1

      • This document has been prepared and published to ensure the legality of the operation of the www.styczynski-keller.pl service, particularly in the scope of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR").
      • The owner of the www.styczynski-keller.pl service is Styczyński Keller-Styczyńska sp.k. with headquarters in Skierniewice, address: ul. Stefana Batorego 21 apt. 20, 96-100 Skierniewice registered by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0001105322 having REGON number 528616844 and NIP 8361886354.
      • The Law Firm is the controller of your personal data and protects it in accordance with the requirements arising from legal provisions, including GDPR. Issues regarding personal data protection along with cookie policy are contained in a separate document entitled Privacy Policy along with cookie policy.
      • By using the pages of the www.styczynski-keller.pl service, the user confirms that they have read the content of these Terms and accepts all its provisions and undertakes to comply with them.

Definitions

Terms used in these terms mean:

      • terms – Terms of use of the www.styczynski-keller.pl service;
      • Law Firm - Styczyński Keller-Styczyńska sp.k. with headquarters in Skierniewice, address: ul. Stefana Batorego 21 apt. 20, 96-100 Skierniewice registered by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0001105322 having REGON number 528616844 and NIP 8361886354, email address: sekretariat@kancelariasks.pl;
      • service – internet service provided by the Law Firm in the domain: www.styczynski-keller.pl, constituting a tool enabling familiarization with legal advisory service offers;
      • user – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the service in any way;
      • materials - texts, photos, graphics, charts, video materials, multimedia materials, etc., in particular constituting a work within the meaning of the act on copyright and related rights presented in the service.

Subject of the terms

§3

    • These terms define the rules and conditions for free use of services offered by the www.styczynski-keller.pl service. The service is:
      • 1. 

        an information portal of the Law Firm serving to present news and current information and textual and graphic materials, as well as the principles of providing services by the Law Firm;
      • 2. 

        a portal containing commercial information about services provided by the Law Firm.
    • Data and information for updating the www.styczynski-keller.pl service come from materials and information developed by the service editorial team or obtained from public sources.
    • The editorial team of the www.styczynski-keller.pl service makes every effort to ensure the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the presented information, however, in case of any inaccuracies, it is not responsible for actions or failure to take actions based on them.

Types and scope of services provided electronically

The following types and scope of services are provided in the www.styczynski-keller.pl service:

      • presentation of materials, articles, blogs, reports and other information useful for portal users,
      • marketing activities related to promoting and advertising services offered by the Law Firm in the scope of provided legal services,
      • possibility of obtaining commercial information about services provided by the Law Firm.

General conditions for providing electronic services

Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the teleinformation system and enabling full use of the functionality of the service used by www.styczynski-keller.pl:

      • connection to the Internet (of any bandwidth),
      • having one of the web browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) by the user, enabling the display of hypertext documents (HTML) on the computer screen.

    • Due to technical limitations independent of the Law Firm, the Law Firm does not guarantee that connecting and browsing the service pages will be uninterrupted and free of technical defects. At the same time, the Law Firm wishes to inform that it is not responsible for damages caused by faulty operation of the portal, transmission system, including equipment failures, delays and transmission disruptions.
    • The Law Firm is also not responsible for the consequences of using information contained in the service by the user. The Law Firm is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by the user related to the use of information contained in the service.
    • The Law Firm informs that it will make efforts to ensure that information on the network and data transmission via the Internet are secure, i.e., that information transmission takes place with confidentiality, integrity and completeness of transmitted data.

    • All information sent via email and other forms of transmission via the Internet may be subject to interference by third parties. Moreover, for technical reasons, there is no guarantee that information transmitted via the Internet will reach the user in the form in which it was sent, nor that data transmission will take place without any interruptions and technical defects.
    • Users should take action to protect connection security, for example by using special types of software or coding technologies. Users should be aware of threats related to using the service, which are primarily various types of interference by third parties, both e.g. in databases concerning the service user, as well as in the transmission of specific information via the Internet, unsolicited commercial information (spam), malware, spyware, internet worms or password cracking (cracking or phishing) and others.

It is forbidden to enter data and provide content by the User that is inconsistent with applicable law, in particular data inconsistent with the factual state, misleading or certifying untruth. In case the Law Firm detects messages and information bearing signs of unlawfulness, the Law Firm is entitled to prevent the user from accessing this data.

      • Information generated by the www.styczynski-keller.pl service and all materials, information and tools available on the portal may be used by users only for personal use.
      • Use of information, materials and tools appearing on the www.styczynski-keller.pl website for purposes other than personal use, and in particular commercial purposes, including copying, publication, saving on disks, sale, sending, broadcasting, transmission or making available to third parties in a manner other than indicated above, may only take place after prior obtaining express, written permission from the Law Firm, within the scope specified by the Law Firm in this permission. To obtain consent, contact the Law Firm at the address indicated in the Terms.
      • All trademarks and trade names that appear on the portal are subject to legal protection on the principles provided for in relevant regulations.
      • In case of damage due to violation of any of the above principles by the user, they will be obliged to repair the damage to the Chamber on general principles.
