Law Firm

Łódź

Our Łódź office at 85/87 Sienkiewicza Street serves clients from central Poland: local governments, hospitals, universities, and businesses in the region. It is also our base for medical law practice, developed in cooperation with healthcare providers.

The Łódź Voivodeship combines a strong public sector with developed industry and logistics. Regional and county hospitals, universities, municipal companies, and local government units need support with procedures, contracts, and the liability of management personnel. Businesses, in turn, deal with commercial contracts, payment disputes, and ownership changes. We serve both groups, using experience gained on one side when advising the other — particularly where business intersects with public administration.

From Łódź, we also provide ongoing legal support to healthcare providers: contracts with the National Health Fund (NFZ), medical records, patients' rights, staff liability, and the organization of healthcare facilities.

Legal Support in Łódź

Our office in central Łódź, just a few minutes from Łódź Fabryczna railway station, is a meeting point for clients from the Łódź Voivodeship and neighboring counties of Masovia. We provide both ongoing legal support — with an agreed scope and predictable billing — and assistance with individual matters: legal opinions, contracts, and contentious proceedings.

Medical Law and Healthcare Providers

We advise hospitals, clinics, and medical practices across the full scope of their operations: from the organization of the healthcare provider and internal regulations, through contracts with the National Health Fund and staff agreements, to medical records, patients' rights, and data access rules. Liability is a separate area — civil liability of the facility, professional liability of staff, and the liability of management personnel for the entity's financial management.

Public healthcare facilities have an additional obligation: almost every purchase — equipment, medicines, and maintenance services — is subject to public procurement procedures. We therefore combine medical legal support with practical procurement expertise so that the procedure reflects the actual needs of the department rather than merely formal requirements.

Legal Support for Local Governments and Municipal Companies

We provide municipal offices, county offices, and municipal companies with support in their day-to-day operations: reviewing resolutions and orders, contracts with counterparties, property management, administrative proceedings, and representation in disputes. We also conduct legal audits of selected areas of an entity's operations, concluding with a list of actionable recommendations.

In projects financed by national and EU grants, audits cover not only the outcome but also the correctness of the procedures. We therefore prepare documentation with subsequent settlement and verification in mind and, if the funding institution raises concerns, support the entity in the proceedings and prepare objections to the audit findings.
